Why the auth link migration could not repair a link stored by an earlier version. A link with a repair reason reports NEEDS_REPAIR until its owner renews it through establish-link (or deletes and reconnects it), which clears the reason. UNRESOLVABLE_PLUGIN: the link's plugin is unknown. AMBIGUOUS_VARIANT: no single authorization variant of the plugin matches the secrets the link holds. AMBIGUOUS_REGION: the variant offers several regionalizations and the link stored none of them. UNCLASSIFIED_SECRET: a secret has no role, a missing or unknown type, or the same role as another secret. CORRUPT_FIELDS: the stored link fields cannot be read.

Allowed values: UNRESOLVABLE_PLUGIN, AMBIGUOUS_VARIANT, AMBIGUOUS_REGION, UNCLASSIFIED_SECRET, CORRUPT_FIELDS.
