Confirmed provider state after a group create, delete, membership change or rename. Both arrays are explicit read-back data from the provider, scoped to the authenticated publisher's provider account. Include the full current state of every affected surviving group route, including source groups changed by exclusive membership. Report retired routes only in retiredPluginRouteIds. Unrelated group routes are unchanged; this is not a complete account listing.
