Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
1. Introduction
Mirumiru inc. operates Port OS ("we", "our", or "the Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our cloud operating system platform.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect information provided by your authentication provider (Google), including your name and email address.
Device and Usage Data
We collect information about the devices you register, endpoints you create, workflows you configure, and your interactions with the Service. This includes messages sent through the platform, flow execution data, and device events.
Integration Data
When you connect third-party services through plugins and auth links, we store the necessary OAuth tokens and credentials in encrypted form to maintain those connections on your behalf.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits and setup steps to help us improve Port OS. Analytics is off without your permission. We send page categories, public provider names, and connection outcomes, without account identifiers, device details, credentials, or form contents. Google Analytics may use cookies and browser information to distinguish visits. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled.
Declining stops future analytics collection; it does not remove information already collected. Contact support for privacy requests.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process and route messages between your devices and endpoints
- Execute device workflows and scheduled device commands on your behalf
- Manage authentication and enforce access control policies
- Communicate with you about Service updates and changes
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. Credentials and secrets are encrypted at rest. We use policy-based access control to ensure that only authorized principals can access your resources.
5. Third-Party Services
Port OS integrates with third-party services through its plugin system. When you connect a third-party service, your data may be shared with that service as necessary to provide the integration. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them.
When you authorize an AI assistant to use Port OS, the assistant receives the results of its permitted requests. These can include device names and identifiers, supported capabilities, reported states, command results, and camera images when requested. The assistant provider handles those results under its own policies. You can revoke its Port OS connection separately from any website sign-in key used to approve it.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@portoperatingsystem.com.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Request portability of your data
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
