Port OS is a cloud operating system that provides device discovery, endpoint dispatch, automation flows, and permissions through a cloud API. The Service allows users to manage IoT devices, create workflows, and integrate with third-party services.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Port OS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data as necessary to provide the Service to you.

7. Service Availability

Port OS is an IoT system where operations are asynchronous with no delivery guarantees. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Port OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
